What this site stores

• Your account: email, name, phone, language, password (hashed).
• Your stores, plugins, invoices and payment claims, with the proof you upload.
• Your machines: machine id, machine name, app version, last seen, and the store they use.
• Your sessions: browser type and a shortened IP address, so you can sign out everywhere.
• Support requests you send us, with the attachment if any.
• A log of changes made to your account by you or by our staff.

What the app sends

Zeneon POS on your PC sends us the machine id, machine name, app version and licence checks. Your sales, stock and customers stay on your PC. Email reports send only the reports you choose, to the addresses you enter.

Zeneon Link

If you join Zeneon Link, we store the node name of each machine and when it was last seen, so we can show them in My Zeneon and keep the network working. Traffic between your machines is encrypted end to end; we do not read it.

Mail

We send mail about your account, invoices, licences and support requests. Product news only if you opt in, and every such mail has an unsubscribe link.

Cookies

This site uses only its own cookies: your sign-in session, the CSRF token and your language choice. No advertising, no analytics beyond server logs.

Where and how long

Data is stored on servers we run, backed up nightly. Invoices are kept as the law requires. When you close your account we remove your name, email and phone and keep only what the invoices need.

Your rights

You can see and change your data in My Zeneon → Settings, download your licence files, and ask us to close your account. Write to us for anything else.
