1. The software

Zeneon POS is a Windows program made by Zeneon, Slemani. The till, stock and reports are free to use on one machine, for as long as you like. We may change or stop the free part with 90 days' notice on this site.

2. Plugins and licences

• A monthly, 3-month or yearly plugin licence is per store. It runs from the day it is issued and ends on the date shown in My Zeneon.
• A lifetime licence is per machine. It never ends. Moving it to another machine is done by us on request.
• When a licence ends, the plugin keeps working for 14 days of grace, then switches off. The free part of the software never stops.
• The free month is once per account per plugin, on one store.
• A licence is for the plugin as described on its page. We may add to it; we do not take features away during a paid term.

3. Payment

• You get an invoice first. It is valid for 30 days, then void. A void invoice can be replaced by a new one.
• We accept bank transfer, FIB, ZainCash and cash. The licence is issued when we confirm the payment, within one working day.
• Prices are shown in USD or IQD. The currency of your store is set when the store is created.

4. Refunds

There are no refunds on a licence that has been issued. If we issued the wrong thing, we correct it by re-issuing the licence at no cost. If you paid twice, we refund the second payment.

5. What the app sends us

Zeneon POS sends us the machine id, the machine name, the app version and licence checks. It does not send your sales, your stock or your customers, unless a plugin says so on its page (for example, email reports send the reports you choose to the addresses you enter).

6. Your account

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can close it from My Zeneon → Settings → Security; invoices are kept as the law requires.

7. Liability

We work hard to keep Zeneon POS reliable, but it comes as it is. Back up your data. We are not liable for lost sales or lost data beyond what you paid us in the last 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. Using the software after that means you accept the new terms.
