Plugins are paid — printing stations, email reports, network database, your own brand, extra machines — and each one has a free first month.

A Windows 10 or 11 PC, 64-bit, with 4 GB of memory. A receipt printer if you print.

One PC running Zeneon POS. Every machine signs in with your account and shows up under My Zeneon → Machines, where you can name it or remove it.

A private network between your machines over the internet, so a till in one place reaches the DB Server in another. Join from Management → Database in the app.

Install Zeneon POS, sign in, pick the store. Then remove the old machine from My Zeneon → Machines. Restore your backup from Settings → Data if you keep the data.

Yes. Selling, stock and reports run on the data on your machine. Internet is needed only to sign in and to fetch the licence.

The licence file on the machine carries your plugins through 14 days of grace after they end. You can also download the licence file from the store page as a backup.

On your PC, in the Zeneon database. Back it up from Settings → Data, or let the routine backup run after day close.

Machine id, hostname, app version and licence checks. Never your sales or customers, unless a plugin says so on its page.

Yes, from My Zeneon → Settings → Security. We keep invoices as the law requires and remove everything else.
