Move to a new PC

  1. On the old PC: Settings → Data → Backup now. Copy the backup file.
  2. On the new PC: install Zeneon POS, sign in, pick the store.
  3. Restore the backup from Settings → Data.
  4. In My Zeneon → Machines, remove the old machine.

Lifetime licences are per machine; contact us to move one.
